Oxygen Molecular Sieve

Lithium molecular sieve is a type of zeolite moelcular sieve that is commonly used in pressure swing adsorption (PSA) or vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) oxygen generators. With its excellent adsorption capacity for nitrogen molecules, lithium molecular sieve can effectively separate oxygen from air and produce high purity oxygen gas. Lithium molecular sieve has a strong kinetic selectivity for nitrogen molecules, providing fast adsorption and desorption rates which can significantly improve the efficiency of PSA/VPSA oxygen generators.

Product Introduction

Lithium molecular sieve is a type of high-performance adsorbent obtained by replacing cations such as sodium and calcium in the original molecular sieve (such as X-type or A-type molecular sieve) with lithium ions through ion exchange technology.

Zhongchuang's molecular sieves, including 13X HP (1.6-2.5mm), CaX (1.2-2.5mm), and ZCL-101 and ZCL-103, are designed specifically for PSA and VPSA oxygen production processes.

Applications

Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA/VPSA) oxygen generators: This is the primary and most widespread application of lithium molecular sieves. They are used to produce 93% ± 3% industrial-grade or medical oxygen.

Industrial oxygen: Used in metallurgy, chemical industry, glass manufacturing, wastewater treatment, and oxy-fuel combustion.

Medical oxygen: Central oxygen supply systems in hospitals and nursing homes.

Home oxygen concentrators: The core adsorption material for small-scale home healthcare oxygen generators.
