Iron oxide desulfurizer is widely used in metallurgical, petrochemical, fertilizer, ceramics, oil field, fine chemicals, chemical fiber, military, electronics, environmental protection and other industries for the removal of hydrogen sulfide and some organic sulfur in gases such as coal gas, methanol synthesis gas, conversion gas, natural gasery dry gas, liquefied petroleum gas, propylene, methane, food-grade carbon dioxide and industrial emissions.

Applications:

This desulfurizer is suitable for the refined removal of H2S from various gases such as natural gas, water gas, semi-water gas, air gas, coke oven gas, shift gas, CO2 regeneration gas, food CO2, steel plant raw gas, biogas, petrochemical industry, etc. It can also be used with hydrolysis The supporting use of 504 catalyst can reach H2S+CO2≤0.06ppm, which can make up for the lack of activated carbon fine desulfurizer and make the new iron oxide desulfurizer technology more widely used.

Features:

1. High desulfurization accuracy: when the import H2SI is 1000ppm, the export H2S is 0.05ppm, which is 20 times higher than the desulfurization accuracy (1ppm) of ordinary Fe2O3;

2. Fast reaction speed: the operating air speed of 1000-20000h-1 is 3-6 times higher than that of ordinary Fe2O3;

3. Large working (penetration) sulfur capacity: Under conditions 1 and 2, the sulfur capacity of one-time fine H2S removal with O2 is 15-20%, which is 3-6 times that of ordinary Fe2O3 desulfurizer.

4. Good strength and water resistance. Boiled in water for 2 hours or soaked for 30 days, it will not become powdery and the strength will remain unchanged.

5. Wide applicable temperature range, 5-90℃

6. Can be applied under no O2 or high CO2 conditions. In the absence of oxygen, the H2S sulfur removal capacity is 12-15%.
