Product Introduction

Honeycomb activated carbon uses high-quality coal-based activated carbon as raw material, which is pressed by bee molds and activated and fired at high temperature.

Honeycomb activated carbon has the characteristics of large specific surface area, small through-hole resistance, developed micropores, high adsorption capacity, long service life, etc., and is widely used in air pollution control. The honeycomb activated carbon adsorption method is used, that is, the exhaust gas is in contact with porous activated carbon with a large surface, and the pollutants in the exhaust gas are adsorbed, thus achieving a purification effect.

Exhaust gas and purify the air.

B. Remove organic matter, pigments, odors, etc. from water to improve water quality, water purification treatment in water plants

C. It removes impurities and odors from food and its raw materials and is used in the purification of beverages and the deodorization of beer.

D. Automobile exhaust purification, gas separation, liquid decolorization and other fields.

Instructions for use

It is best to use honeycomb activated carbon to control air pollution. It consists of two adsorbers connected in parallel, which can be used to treat intermittent exhaust and one can be used for continuous exhaust. One of them performs adsorption and the other adsorber performs desorption and regeneration. The desorbed pollutants are catalytically burned and then exhausted. When using honeycomb activated carbon, try to avoid high temperatures, because high temperatures will reduce the adsorption capacity and the adsorption effect will decrease as the temperature rises.

At the same time, high dust content in the gas must be avoided, because tar dust mist will block the pores of activated carbon, increase wind resistance, and reduce the adsorption effect. In this case, a dust filter device must be installed in front of the honeycomb activated carbon to improve efficiency and service life.
