Production process
- Impregnation method: immerse activated carbon in silver nitrate solution, load silver ions by adsorption or ion exchange, and then reduce (such as sodium borohydride) to form nanosilver particles.
- Co-pyrolysis: Biomass raw materials are directly carbonized and activated after mixing with silver salts to synthesize silver-carbon composite materials in one step.
- Chemical deposition: Silver is uniformly plated on the surface of activated carbon using technologies such as chemical vapor deposition (CVD).
